HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All our products and designed and handcrafted by talented woman around the world. These inspiring women have mastered the art of design and creation, delivering unique pieces.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

Our pieces are hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials, including gold plated brass, semi-precious stone, glass and resin. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail pages.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

To keep you pieces in perfect conditions, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume and other chemicals. We also suggest that you store them in their original packaging when not in use (jewelry box or anti-dust bag)

IS MARGOT SOLD IN STORES?

No, Margot Atelier products are sold exclusively online. All our pieces are limited edition.

We want you to fall in love with each of your Margot Atelier's pieces. If any of your products has a quality issue, please send us a photo at gethelp@margotatelier.com. Our Customer Care Team will get back to your with a solution. We are here to help Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and aim to respond within 2 business days.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

THROUGH WHAT CARRIER DO YOU SHIP?

We manage our shipments with USPS.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETUN PAR OF MY ORDER. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. You can read about our return policy HERE Please keep in mind that our products are handcrafted, and there might be small variation among pieces. This does not mean the product is defective.

HOW CAN I SHIP MY RETURN BACK TO MARGOT ATELIER?

To start a return, you can contact us at gethelp@margotatelier.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T FIND MY ORIGINAL INVOICE?

Please print and include in your shipment the confirmation email or the order information in your Margot Atelier's account. Without this information we will not be able to process the return.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE PIECE I RECEIVED FOR A DIFFERENT PIECE ON YOUR SITE?

We cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please return the one you received and proceed to place a new order for the new product you would like. If you need to exchange your product because it has some defect, please send us a photo at gethelp@margotatelier.com and we will be glad to help you.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VIsa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover. You can also expedite the payment process with Amazon Pay and PayPal.

IT LOOKS LIKE I WAS CHARGED SEVERAL TIMES

Unless you received an order confirmation, your card has not been charged. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. 

PROMOTIONS

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM PROMOTION CODES?

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards and sale items. If you have questions about promotion exclusions, please email us at gethelp@margotatelier.com
